Weekend of May 10 - May 11, 2025
- Father Haenny will be the celebrant for the Masses this weekend
- Saturday, May 10 - St. Antoninus - 3rd Class - Confessions 5:15 PM. Mass at 6:00 PM.
- There will be Catechumen Class this Saturday at 4:00 PM.
- Sunday, May 11 - Third Sunday after Easter - 2nd Class. Confessions 8:00 AM. High Mass 9:00 AM
- Adult and Children's Catechism following shortly after the Holy Face devotions
- The second Collection this Sunday - is for the priory in Post Falls in support of our priests.
- Easter Duty - All the faithful who have reached the use of reason are gravely obliged to receive Holy Communion worthily at least once during the Easter season, which is from the first Sunday of Lent to Trinity Sunday (the Sunday after Pentecost).
- May is the month of Our Lady - Vases will remain available for Our Lady throughout this month. Please continue this beautiful devotion of bringing flowers to her this month.
- Parish Rummage Sale - The annual chapel rummage sale will be held this coming weekend, Friday-Sunday, May 2-4. Sunday will be for parishioners only after Mass. The following weekend, May 9 - 10 Friday-Saturday will conclude the rummage sale.
- Blessing of Religious articles - Please place articles to be blessed on the right side of the old altar downstairs. Once they have been blessed they will be moved to the left side of the altar. The items may be picked up later in the morning or the following week.
- Corpus Christi Bookstore is Open every Sunday 15 minutes after Mass next door in the priory. Please drop in and find the perfect book, statue or rosary.
- Banns of Marriage - 1st Banns of Marriage are announced for Mr. Jasson Elliott of Renton, WA, and Miss Evelyn Tanner of Seattle, WA, both registered members of Corpus Christi Chapel. They intend to receive the Sacrament of Matrimony at Corpus Christi Chapel on June 24th, 2025. If anyone knows of any impediments or has just cause against this marriage taking place, they are required under grave canonical penalty to declare it to the pastor as soon as possible as required by Canon 1027 (1917 CIC)
